The Assistant
Administrator role is central to governance and community-focused service improvement. In this impactful role, you will report to the Senior Administrator and enhance the Nation's governance and administrative functions. Your work will include overseeing departmental compliance, managing budgets, and fostering productive operations. This position emphasizes collaboration and respect, forging a path for vibrant community engagement and operational accountability. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee work plan implementation and compliance
- Collaborate with Directors to achieve strategic objectives
- Manage budgets and identify operational efficiencies
- Lead and support the Administration team
- Act as the Senior Administrator's designate as needed Requirements:
- Degree in Indigenous Governance or related discipline
- Over three years in senior management roles
- In-depth knowledge of Indigenous funding frameworks
- Proven capabilities in leadership and project management
- Excellent communication and financial skills Lead with integrity and purpose while supporting the 'Na̱mg̱is First Nation's governance initiatives.
