Project’s Housing Services team is seeking a dedicated worker to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities include conducting move-ins, ensuring premises cleanliness, and facilitating access to vital resources. Engage with participants to promote their well-being and foster independent living while maintaining high qualified standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize move-ins while following protocols
- Ensure safety through regular checks of the housing premises
- Support medication management and document accordingly
- Develop initiatives for participant engagement and well-being
- Respond to emergency situations and document incidents Requirements:
- Experience in human services, particularly with mental health challenges
- Ability to maintain accurate participant records
- Commitment to a participant-centered support philosophy
- Knowledge of Indigenous culture and community resources
