: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision-making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.

Experience
- One year experience as a Public Health Nurse or Immunization Nurse is an asset
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to conduct assessments/prioritize client needs/develop treatment plans
- Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
