Risk & Administrative Manager (RPN/RN) will oversee client care and nursing operations. We're seeking a nurse with over 10 years of experience, emphasizing at least 5 years in home care.

Your role will include supporting field staff, managing clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance in a community healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Support nursing field staff and client operations
- Monitor and investigate client risks effectively
- Address and resolve staff concerns proactively
- Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
- Act as a liaison for client intake and care coordination Requirements:
- RPN or RN in valuable standing with CNO
- 10+ years nursing experience mandatory
