Join us and become an important part of a company where the sky is the limit.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services requiredMaintain a high level of product and service knowledgeReplace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levelsParticipate in merchandising and promotional activities for accessories.Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standardsAdapt communication style in order to deliver information effectively to a range of individualsAlways maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive mannerAttempt to calm irate customers by explaining the situation while attempting to resolve the issue to the best of your abilitiesTake orders from customers and prepare products for purchaseEnsure that customers are satisfied with the issue resolution as well as the resolution process itselfAssist with display of merchandiseAssist with inventory managementEnsure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and proceduresParticipate in all manner of store maintenancePrepare merchandise for purchaseWork in partnership with management and other employees to maximize store sales and in-store presenceAnswer external and internal phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person or Store Manager.Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are metAvailable to work any shift depending on Store OperationGeneral housekeeping of store spaces (vacuum / sweep sales floor area, wipe down counters & glass display cabinets, etc.)ID customers as required by Cannabis Retail Store HandbookAbide by all company policies and procedures as directed by the Store/Assistant ManagersQualificationsMust have valid SellSafe CertificationPost Secondary degree / diploma preferredA valid First Aid certification is considered an assetAbility to work any shift based on business needs, Monday to SundayAbility to work nights,
