Expect to work mainly at the Wilson site, with some coverage at Finch and Church, and adapt to weekday schedules and occasional weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluations and treatments across various units
- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and discharges
- Collaborate to develop effective discharge plans
- Supervise Rehabilitation Assistants in practice
- Engage in interdisciplinary consultations as required Requirements:
- Credentialed in Occupational Therapy and registered
- Experience in an acute healthcare setting is advantageous
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving
