Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Estate Dentistry in Richmond Hill, ON. This role oversees daily front-office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, coordinating billing and payments, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day.

Manager supervises administrative staff, maintains office supplies and equipment, and implements efficient office procedures and policies. This position also handles patient inquiries, supports insurance and treatment-related communication, and collaborates with clinical staff to align administrative activities with patient care.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, records management, and documentation.
- Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment commonly used in a dental or medical office setting.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction, empathy, and professionalism.
- Previous experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic billing or insurance processes is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of reliability, discretion, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Secondary school diploma required; post-secondary education or certification in office administration, healthcare management, or a related field is an advantage.
