You will play a role in managing meetings and assisting with various administrative projects while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in your work. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and maintain physicians’ calendars
- Document and prepare minutes from various meetings
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence and data entry
- Support grant proposals and ongoing department projects
- Act as a backup for departmental timekeeping duties Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited administrative training program
- At least two years' experience in a senior secretarial capacity
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
