We're seeking a Recreation Programmer for our Harbourstone Enhanced Care community. This position involves planning, delivering, and evaluating a range of recreation activities, ensuring they meet the physical and emotional needs of the clients. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and oversee diverse recreation activities • Conduct individual and group programs • Keep detailed records of program participation • Support secure transport of residents to activities • Collaborate with families to align program expectations
Requirements: • Two-year diploma in Recreation/Leisure Studies • Certification in CPR and First Aid • Class 4 Driver’s License for facility transport • Knowledge of therapeutic recreation techniques • Excellent computer literacy for documentation tasks
