As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will play a crucial role within a multi-site healthcare system including Clinton Public Hospital and Stratford General Hospital.
Key responsibilities involve emergency decision-making, managing IVs, and performing specialized procedures such as central line maintenance. Familiarity with Meditech Information Systems is preferred, along with an Operating Room certification and a Basic Life Support certificate. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Peri-Operative nursing care
- Make prompt decisions in emergency situations
- Manage and initiate IVs during critical care
- Collaborate with the Interprofessional Care Team
- Stay updated on OR technology and procedures Requirements:
- Registered member with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Operating Room certification from a recognized program
