What You'll Be Doing

- Manage charter flight inquiries from initial request through to booking.
- Prepare customized quotations and charter proposals.
- Recommend aircraft and operational solutions based on client needs.
- Source aircraft availability and negotiate with charter operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and aviation partners.
- Support business development initiatives and coordinate sales activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with sales presentations.
- Help coordinate trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in aviation is required .




- Experience in charter brokerage, private aviation, travel services, sales coordination, or customer service.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Aviation, business, tourism, logistics, or related education is considered an asset.
- Existing connections within the military or defence sector are considered a strong asset.
