Eyewear Haus is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Optical Assistant & Frame Stylist to join our team at our Napanee location.

This is a unique role that blends fashion, customer service and eye care. You’ll help patients find eyewear they feel amazing in while also supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy optical boutique.

At Eyewear Haus, we believe eyewear should be both functional and personal. We carry a curated selection of affordable, independent and designer eyewear and pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, personalized experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Previous optical experience is an asset, but it is not required. We’re looking for the right personality, work ethic and willingness to learn — we can teach you the optical side.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome patients and provide friendly, attentive service from start to finish
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, booking appointments and patient inquiries
- Help patients select frames based on their personal style, fit, comfort and everyday needs
- Learn our eyewear collections and confidently make personalized frame recommendations
- Educate patients on frame features, lens options and available eyewear solutions as your knowledge develops
- Pretesting patients
- Support our optical team with basic measurements, frame adjustments, dispensing and lens orders
- Accurately enter and maintain patient, prescription and order information
- Assist with insurance and direct billing
- Process purchases and ensure transactions and eyewear orders are accurate




- Help maintain our frame inventory, merchandising and displays
- Keep the boutique organized, polished and welcoming
- Work closely with our Optometrist and optical team to create a seamless patient experience
