Job Title: Orthopaedic Sales Representative / Associate

Compensation: $80,000 base salary + variable commission/bonus, vehicle allowance, and benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, high-performing sales professional to manage and grow our market-leading joint replacement, trauma, and sports medicine portfolio. In this role, you will act as a clinical consultant and trusted partner inside the operating room (OR), supporting surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff during complex orthopaedic surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Support: Provide hands-on, in-theatre procedural support and real-time technical guidance during total knee, hip arthroplasty, and trauma cases.
- Territory Growth: Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets by developing strategic account plans and expanding product adoption.
- Education & Training: Educate surgical teams on the protected, effective use of implants, instruments, and robotic-assisted surgery platforms.
- Inventory Management: Manage, track,



and audit consigned sample inventory and surgical sets across regional hospital accounts.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based connections with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital buyers, and clinical managers.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Kinesiology, Life Sciences, or a related health discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years of previous orthopaedic service experience working in operating rooms covering cases.
- Mobility & Travel: Valid provincial driver’s license with reliable daily transportation; ability to travel locally and occasionally out-of-province for training labs.
- On-Call Demand: Flexibility to support an on-call schedule, including occasional early mornings, late nights, or urgent trauma coverage. We expect trauma call to be minimal
- Physical Standard: Comfortable standing in an operating room environment for extended periods and lifting/transporting instrument cases up to 50 lbs.
