Responsibilities Your Role Demonstrate an ability to take on a multi-faceted role, leading and managing an Investor Relations team in the areas of client relationship management, team management and client reporting. Coach, develop and provide direction of IR teams while creating an environment that motivates, rewards, and supports the team Conduct performance appraisals for team members Assist with succession planning and resource management and that includes participating in interviews and the selection process of recent team members Communicate Citco’s organizational vision and goals to teams in addition to reviewing department goals within IR Proven track record of being dedicated to servicing a group of high profile Alternative Investment Funds Ensure a high level of service to both clients and investors including providing guidance to
