Position:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part time / Casual

Reports to:

Nurse Supervisor

Salary Range:

$32.00-$36.00 per hour

Shifts:

Monday to Sunday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Your Day To Day

- Provide medication administration (oral meds, inhalers, patches, insulin, etc.);
- Supervising nurse assistants for medication administration;
- Assess and monitor patient medication response;




- Administer vaccinations and provide medical device teachings;
- Ensure clear and concise documentation of patient care;
- Maintain regular communication with pharmacists and physicians for effective patient care;

What You Bring To The Table

- LPN License in British Columbia (required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a day-to-day schedule while ensuring excellent patient care
- Korean language skills (preferred)
- Self-motivated and reliable

Nice To Have

- Experience in a similar role providing home-based patient care
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
