In this locum position, you will be integral to both clinical and administrative aspects of patient care.

Your role encompasses teaching and leadership responsibilities within specialized teams, enhancing your skills in managing complex cases and contributing to patient wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:

- Care for patients in the head & neck cancer pathway
- Facilitate parallel clinics alongside experienced consultants
- Engage in collaborative MDT meetings consistently
- Organize and manage major theatre lists effectively
- Train in comprehensive surgical practices throughout the fellowship Requirements:
- Experience in head & neck or maxillofacial surgery
- Excellent patient communication and decision-making skills
- Willingness to undertake middle-grade on-call duties
