We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Painting Estimator to join our Comercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing client relationships, and ensuring competitive pricing for painting projects. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse Comercial projects, utilizing your expertise in estimating and project management to contribute to the successful completion of high-quality work.
Duties
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to develop comprehensive painting estimates.
- Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and clarify project scope.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and validate estimate accuracy.
- Prepare and negotiate bids, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and adjusting estimates as needed.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and resource planning.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to each project.
Skills
- Proficiency with Comercial estimating software.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and subcontractors.
- Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple bids and deadlines effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of construction and Comercial estimating processes within the painting and general construction industry.
- Ability to analyze project plans, specifications, and pricing data accurately.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with constructions and Comercial safety standards and industry regulations is a plus. Pay: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
