Join Stenberg College as a Clinical Nursing Instructor in British Columbia and mentor future psychiatric nurses. This part time, on-site position focuses on supporting students in medical/surgical environments. We are searching for passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with a commitment to advancing nursing education.
As a clinical instructor, you will provide essential regulatory oversight for students during their clinical practice while promoting a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere. You’ll have the unique opportunity to impact students’ nursing skills in real-world settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory supervision during clinical practice
- Support students’ patient care efforts in medical/surgical settings
- Collaborate with faculty and Clinical Practice Specialist
- Encourage student engagement and hands-on learning
- Assess and facilitate student development in clinical skills Requirements:
- Active RN registration in good standing with BCCNM
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required
- At least three years of nursing experience
- Recent acute care medical/surgical experience needed
