L&T; Custom Apparel is looking for an experienced Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our custom apparel team.
This is a hands-on design position working with customer logos and artwork for embroidery, DTF printing, apparel and promotional products. We need someone who is fast, accurate, creative and comfortable working in a busy production environment.
Responsibilities
Create and modify customer artwork and logos
Prepare print-ready vector and raster artwork
Create professional customer proofs and apparel mockups
Vectorize and recreate low-quality customer artwork
Set up artwork correctly for DTF printing and embroidery
Make colour, sizing and layout adjustments
Check spelling, sizing, colours and placement before artwork goes into production
Organize artwork and production files
Work closely with our production team to ensure artwork is set up correctly
Manage multiple designs and customer revisions at the same time
Required Experience
Strong Adobe Illustrator experience
Strong Adobe Photoshop experience
Qualified graphic design experience
Strong vector artwork skills
Understanding of raster artwork, resolution and print-ready file preparation
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment An Advantage
Previous custom apparel or print-production experience
Experience preparing artwork for DTF printing
Understanding of embroidery artwork and digitizing
Experience with Tajima DG16 by Pulse
We are looking for someone who understands that in custom apparel, accuracy matters. Artwork needs to be production-ready, properly sized and carefully checked before it moves to production.
This is a part-time, in-person position at our Nisku shop.
