Your experience in gymnastics coaching will support both adult and child participants as you develop and lead engaging sessions. Commitment to excellence and safety will be central to your coaching philosophy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enjoyable and multi-age gymnastics sessions
- Work within team guidelines to deliver quality coaching
- Adapt training plans to cater to diverse abilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with participants and families
- Ensure safety and enjoyment in all coaching activities Requirements:
- British Gymnastics Level 1 or higher qualification
- Coaching experience with diverse age groups
- Emergency First Aid or a commitment to obtain it
- Availability for adaptable scheduling
