Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will partake in a variety of tasks, including inspecting mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety standards are met. Additionally, you'll document work processes using the designated work order system. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and service mechanical and electrical systems
- Repair plumbing, HVAC,
and general facility issues
- Support the upkeep of grounds and facilities
- Maintain standards through technical documentation
- Collaborate effectively within the maintenance team Requirements:
- One-year technical program in a relevant trade
- Minimum of three months of relevant repair experience
- Computer proficiency for work order systems
- Capacity to work across multiple sites
