Working under the Director of Care at our Newcastle location, you will ensure high standards of service and collaborate with your team to create a supportive environment. Flexibility in shifts is required, including weekends, to meet the needs of our residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, and grooming
- Encourage participation in activity programs




- Provide meal service and nourishment delivery
- Offer emotional and social support, including palliative care
- Maintain documentation and adhere to safety standards Requirements:
- Completed approved PSW Program (600 hours minimum)
- Experience in long-term care is beneficial
- Proficient in care planning and documentation
- Solid communication skills with empathy for residents
