Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
Requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
- Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising, inventory, and POS operations efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach
