Key Responsibilities:
• Implement patient care plans and assess their effectiveness
• Administer medication and document all treatments

• Support staff by teaching and delegating tasks
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience working with seniors and unregulated caregivers
• Excellent time management and care coordination skills
• Current certification in First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Completion of Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
