Partner at Western Compensation & Benefits ConsultantsThe Role:The major responsibilities of this position include managing the complete employee benefit plan cycle, consisting of:designing plans which align with the client's human resources objectives; determining themost appropriate funding strategies; financial analysis, estimating of costs and potential cost saving strategies; procuring the most appropriate benefit plan providers through competitive bid processes and negotiations; overseeing the implementation of benefit provider contracts and administrative arrangements; conducting anniversary renewal analysis, negotiating with providers and developing client recommendations; providing training and/or mentorship to benefit analysts and client staff; providing professional advice to resolve escalated claims,
