In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and support enhancements on PCBAs while collaborating with Operations and Engineering teams to improve quality processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate PCBA quality using IPC standards
- Troubleshoot and repair defective PCBAs promptly
- Document failure modes and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate on process improvements with engineering
- Read and interpret technical assembly instructions Requirements:
- Electronics Engineering Technology certificate or diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in repair roles
- Skilled in soldering and electronics troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IPC and SMT design
