Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Workday Financials or HCM project implementations • Participate in sales cycles to define delivery strategies • Mentor Professional Services team members on projects • Track project performance using essential management tools • Mitigate risks and resolve client concerns proactively
Requirements: • 4+ years of HCM or ERP implementation management experience • 3+ years deploying Workday or similar software • Experience with project management software tools • Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time • Bilingual in French and English preferred
