As a Senior Planning Lead reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead strategic planning initiatives, support organizational performance metrics, and foster quality improvement efforts across teams. This role involves extensive collaboration with Directors and Managers to strengthen decision support systems and enhance community health outcomes through effective data analysis and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on organizational strategic and operational plans
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports




• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making
• Lead quality improvement projects throughout the organization
• Ensure compliance with governance policies and practices
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health-related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality improvement
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments
