Key Responsibilities: • Implement National YMCA Child Care curriculum • Facilitate stimulating and engaging activities for kids • Document and track children’s developmental progress • Ensure a safe workplace per YMCA and local regulations • Maintain open communication with parents regarding development

Requirements: • Experience working with young children is preferred • Level 1 Child Care Certification in progress or obtained • Certification in Standard First Aid & CPR - C required • Ability to undergo a Police Information Check • Familiarity with tablets and Microsoft Office programs
