Banyan Software is seeking a Director of Legal for Mergers & Acquisitions to support its growing legal team in Toronto, ON. This hybrid position focuses on owning deal execution across the acquisition lifecycle, allowing interaction with M&A Directors and portfolio company leaders.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of M&A experience from a mid to large law firm and be familiar with technology company legal issues. A market-competitive salary of CAD $160,000 – $190,000 is offered, along with an annual bonus and equity potential.
