The role is built for candidates with 1-3 years in trade settlement or operations. You will be responsible for managing securities setup, facilitating accurate post-trade processing, and utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows. Collaboration is key as you work closely within the Capital Markets & Trading team to support settlement integrity and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily settlement processes across all asset classes • Conduct thorough trade matching and exception management • Maintain logs of exceptions with root cause analysis • Produce daily status reports for trading stakeholders • Validate AI outputs and drive process enhancements
Requirements: • 1-3 years in trade operations or custody • Proficient with Bloomberg AIM or similar OMS • Strong Excel skills and reconciliation experience • Familiarity with AI operation tools • Organized and able to work under pressure
