This role

As our People Partner (FTC 18 months), you’ll be working with Product &

- Engineering leaders as a member of the Performance Ops Team and will be instrumental in driving a high-performance and high-productivity culture across your portfolio to activate and amplify our people.

Your Key Focus Areas Will Be

- Provide product-led guidance to Product &
- Engineering leaders, enabling execution at maximum velocity.
- Contribute to the Performance Ops Team's strategic priorities, including building and scaling AI-driven people processes.
- Advise on organisational design to ensure optimisation for success, using AI tools to surface insights and stress-test decisions faster.
- Support talent management, succession planning,



and a high-performance culture across Product &
- Engineering while modelling AI-first ways of working.

This Will Include

- Partnering strategically with Product &
- Engineering leaders on team scaling, organisational design, and fast, well-reasoned people decisions.
- Coaching leaders to live The EH Way through their decision-making, communication, and trade-offs.
- Driving high performance across your client group through clear expectations, active performance management, and direct, timely conversations.
- Designing talent and performance practices that support continuous delivery and fast iteration rather than annual cycles.
- Staying ahead of engagement, retention, and burnout risks using analytics and direct observation to take action with leaders.
- Leveraging AI tools and people analytics to eliminate manual work, surface real workforce insights, and stress-test decisions at scale.

Who you are Role To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:

- Experience aligning business goals to people strategies to drive performance and effectiveness.
- A background in people partnering, ideally across portfolios spanning multiple geographies.
- Comfort leveraging AI and HR analytics to provide actionable insights and support organisational design.
- Experience contributing to workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
- Tech-savvy background with experience working alongside cross-functional teams, preferably in technology or product-led companies.




- Strong commercial and systems thinking to connect people decisions to product delivery and business outcomes, with comfort operating with incomplete information and making judgment calls at speed.
