Duties

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication reminders, health monitoring, and basic nursing tasks under supervision
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers and repositioning
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans and document all care activities thoroughly




- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected environment

Requirements

- Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings
- Knowledge of dementia care, hospice care, or caring for individuals with complex medical needs is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
- Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude towards clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or willingness to obtain certification if required by local regulations
- Experience with medication administration, patient care routines, and Reliable
