As the Coordinator, Indigenous Education, you will collaborate closely with leadership, faculty, and community partners. Your responsibilities will involve managing program logistics, faculty onboarding, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Your role is pivotal to enhancing the integration of Indigenous perspectives into education while supporting continuous program improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Indigenous Education programming
• Implement faculty onboarding and instructional material requirements
• Identify scheduling conflicts and operational concerns
• Facilitate faculty meetings to discuss program updates
• Support curriculum review and continuous improvement processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Indigenous Education or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in program coordination
• Demonstrated knowledge of Indigenous histories and cultures
• Experience working respectfully with Indigenous communities
• Solid communication and organizational skills
