• Handle all inquiries from prospective residents professionally • Conduct necessary background checks and documentation • Schedule and conduct unit viewings with interested applicants • Prepare daily traffic reports and survey competing properties • Collaborate with Property Management for unit readiness
Requirements: • At least 2 years of relevant leasing experience • An educational background in real estate is advantageous • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and discretion • Willingness to adapt working hours as needed
