As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will handle daily AR activities and assist with AP functions. Your role involves processing invoices and managing collections with a customer-first mindset. Strong attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities: • Process customer invoices and apply cash receipts • Manage collections while maintaining positive client relationships • Reconcile AR aging and develop strategies to improve DSO • Coordinate with Sales Ops/Operations for accurate billing inputs • Assist in identifying process improvements and special projects
Requirements: • 2+ years of AR/AP experience in a tech setting • Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance • Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and ERP systems • Strong communication skills for client interactions • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
