Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Pilot Driver / Modular Setup Support team member to assist with the transportation and setup of modular housing and modular buildings. This role combines pilot vehicle duties with hands-on field work supporting drivers during loading, transport, and on-site setup.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, traveling to job sites, and being part of a specialized transport and construction team.

Key Responsibilities

- Pilot over-dimensional loads down highways and approved routes
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading at origin and destination
- Support modular housing and modular building setup, including minor carpentry tasks
- Assist with jacking and sliding of modular units (experience is an asset)
- Communicate clearly with drivers, site personnel, and supervisors
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times

Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift and handle 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and cold for extended periods
- Willingness to be away from home for extended periods, periodically up to 1–2 weeks at a time
- Willing to travel and work variable hours depending on job requirements




- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset

Assets (Not Mandatory)

- Pilot car / escort vehicle experience
- Jack and slide experience
- Previous experience in modular housing or modular building setup
- Ability to cross into the United States
- Prior experience in the piloting or modular transport industry
