and knowledgeable serviceAccurately identify and source the correct parts for customer and technician needsAnswer customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, warranties, and delivery timesResolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionBuild lasting relationships that encourage repeat businessParts OperationsInterpret customer requests and accurately identify required automotive partsRecommend additional parts and accessories when appropriateAssist the Service Department with timely and accurate parts supportProcess customer orders, quotes, invoices, and parts requests efficiently and accuratelyReceive, inspect, stock, label, and organize incoming inventoryMaintain accurate inventory records and documentationAssist with shipping, receiving, returns, core returns, and warranty parts processingInventory & OrganizationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentEnsure inventory is properly stored, labelled, and easily accessibleComplete paperwork, documentation, and data entry accurately and on timeKeep pricing guides, parts catalogs, and electronic inventory systems currentAssist with inventory counts and inventory control processesLift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the workdayProduct KnowledgeStay current with Ford products, accessories, manufacturer programs, and promotionsMaintain knowledge of aftermarket products and industry trendsParticipate in dealership and manufacturer training programsPromote dealership specials, accessories, and value‑added products whenever appropriateContinuously develop product knowledge to better support customers, technicians, and dealership operationsMainland Ford is an equal‑opportunity employer.
