Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure explicit and consistent communication.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide administrative support to senior project managers and assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the fire protection or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- An asset to have experience with Bluebeam, MS office
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of fire protection systems and industry standards is a plus.
- Asset to have mechanical/construction industry experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
