You will provide strategic, innovative business advice and contribute significantly to EY’s thought leadership, drawing on deep expertise in finance transformation and consulting. You will be accountable for the successful delivery, quality, and profitability of large-scale engagements and multiple workstreams, while supporting the firm’s growth through strong client relationships and business development.This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.Your role and key responsibilitiesLead complex, large-scale Finance Transformation engagements, including end-to-end review of finance and accounting processes, operating models, and systems, and design of future-state solutions.Provide strategic direction and oversight across multiple engagements or workstreams, ensuring delivery excellence, value creation, and high-quality outcomes for clients.Own engagement financial performance, including budgeting, staffing strategy, margin management, and proactive risk management.Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, supporting decision-making and driving transformation agendas.Lead and contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client pitches, and expansion of existing accounts.Build strong relationships across the Consulting practice and other EY service lines to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.Lead, coach, and mentor Managers and team members, supporting their professional growth through structured feedback, performance management,
