We proudly have close to 3,000 employees across manufacturing plants in Quebec, British Columbia, Ontario, and Tennessee, as well as our headquarters in Mississauga, ON and Sales offices in North America.What you will doAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing innovative AI-powered through:Working closely with the internal leadership and customers, product owners, data scientists, data engineers and other software engineers to build robust digital use casesActively leading technical discussions and generate new ideas to enhance the value we deliverIn this role, you will:Proactively take on challenging problems and effectively influence and collaborate with people both inside and outside the technical team, and where necessary educate/lead on process and developing of solutions in response to customer need through direct contact with leadership and operations teamDevelop front-end and back-end code for new features that will integrate with existing tools and platformsCollaborate with data engineers and other full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutionsParticipate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to provide updates on progress and discuss challengesProduce clear and detailed documentation for all code and processes to support ongoing development and maintenanceTake the lead in discussing technical solutions and product ideas in design reviews, pair programming, and code reviewsPromote reusability, scalability and performance of the solutions, from data ingestion to front-endCommunicate with business stakeholders to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelinesWhat you will bringBSc or MSc in Computer Science or related filed3-5 years of relevant work experienceProficiency in front-end and back-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and frameworks such as ReactJS, Django, and Node.Js.Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with Git and LinuxExcellent communication: Able to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team membersCurious and resourceful: Eager to explore new technologies and find creative solutions to challengesAutonomous: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks effectivelyQuick learner: Able to rapidly grasp recent concepts, tools, and methodologiesAttention to detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of workFlexible and adaptable: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust to changing project requirements and prioritiesStrong analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability and agility to work across multiple organizational levelsFamiliarity with Azure CI/CD pipelines considered an assetExperience with Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure Cloud Services considered an assetBilingual (English and French)

The starting range for this role is $95,000-$115,000 – or higher, depending on your experience.
