The City of Woodstock is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Mechanic to oversee the maintenance of its diverse fleet, ensuring safety and efficiency conforming to manufacturer standards. You will be part of a supportive workforce that values skills in diagnostics, repairs, and regular servicing. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain heavy, medium, and light-duty vehicles
• Test and analyze mechanical issues accurately
• Complete safety inspections per regulations
• Carry out regular servicing of equipment
• Create detailed work orders for all tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or GED
• Valid 310T and 310S licenses in Ontario
• Must have a valid DZ license
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks
• Knowledge of electronic and hydraulic systems
