As an Entry-Level Auto Body Prepper, You will prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming repair area bodywork. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly alongside experienced Technicians and receive mentorship to advance into a Painter position.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; vocational or trade school training in Auto Body Repair/Refinishing is a strong plus.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a pride in quality craftsmanship.
- Must be physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
