Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces
- Prepare work sites by setting up necessary tools and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with surface preparation or minor repairs as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Lift heavy equipment or materials safely during setup and cleanup processes
Requirements
- Prior experience with pressure washing, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during work shifts
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle to commute to job sites.
