We are seeking a passionate and energetic Primary Ballet Instructor to inspire and nurture young dancers through the art of ballet. Responsibilities

- Design and deliver dynamic ballet lessons suitable for children of various skill levels, emphasizing proper technique and artistic expression
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating setting that encourages students to explore movement confidently
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development
- Incorporate age-appropriate teaching methods that promote discipline, coordination, and musicality in young dancers
- Plan special performances or showcases to celebrate student achievements and boost their confidence




- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any individual needs or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized space that adheres to safety standards at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching ballet or dance classes, especially with children or early childhood education settings
- Strong tutoring and teaching skills with the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learning styles
- Experience working with young children, demonstrating patience, enthusiasm, and effective communication
- Knowledge of ballet techniques, terminology, and curriculum development
- Ability to foster a positive atmosphere that inspires creativity and discipline
- Understanding of classroom management principles and safety protocols
