Elevate your career as a Heavy Duty Mechanic with Dawson Group in Princeton B.C. This role focuses on vehicle maintenance and repair while prioritizing safety and quality in a full-time, two-week on, one-week off schedule. As a crucial member of our mechanical team, your responsibilities will include conducting diagnostics and repairs on a variety of trucks and heavy equipment.

You will report to the Superintendent, Mechanical, and be part of a cooperative environment that values communication and adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute thorough equipment inspections and maintenance
- Maintain safety standards during repair work
- Engage with management for efficient workflow
- Ensure shop cleanliness and organization daily
- Effectively perform tasks in all weather conditions Requirements:
- Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic accreditation an asset
- Minimum Class 5 Clean B.C. Driver’s License
- Welding experience is advantageous
- Strong physical capability for heavy tasks
