This role ensures the efficient planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and transportation of materials and finished goods to meet customer and business requirements.The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of day-to-day logistics operations, driving performance, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyDevelop and execute the overall logistics and materials management strategyLead, coach, and develop logistics team members; manage staffing, performance, and succession planningEstablish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor and report resultsDrive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementOperations ManagementOversee all logistics functions including:Shipping and receivingInventory management and controlProcurement coordinationDistribution and warehousingPlan and allocate resources (people, equipment, materials) to optimize productivityManage carrier selection, routing,
