You'll execute flight operations to exacting standards, apply deep knowledge of Canadian regulations, and deliver a polished customer experience across diverse missions—including charter, corporate, and, where applicable, air ambulance support.Plan, brief, and conduct IFR/VFR operations in accordance with company SOPs and TCCA regulations.Perform flight risk assessments, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis.Exercise PIC authority with sound operational judgment, exemplary CRM, and proactive decision-making.Maintain airworthiness compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting within the company SMS.Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance,
