At Evoked, we produce custom printed products for customers and businesses, and we're looking for a Print Production & Sales Team Member to join our team.

Previous print-production experience is not required. We're happy to train the right person.

This is a hands-on production position, not an artist or conceptual graphic design role. You'll work with production equipment, computers, customer orders and physical products throughout the day. Some Photoshop work is involved, but the focus is on accurately producing what our customers order rather than creating original artwork.

If you're practical, dependable, comfortable with technology and like seeing a job go from an order on a screen to a finished physical product, you may be a great fit.

What You'll Do

- Produce and finish custom printed products
- Set up customer files for production using established templates and specifications
- Operate printers, cutters and other production equipment
- Measure, trim, assemble and inspect finished products
- Use Adobe Photoshop for basic file preparation and adjustments
- Help customers with orders, product options and basic artwork questions
- Check spelling, dimensions, quantities and order details before production
- Package completed orders
- Keep jobs organized and moving through production
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work with the rest of the team to meet daily deadlines

We'll provide training on our equipment, products and production processes. You Don't Need Print-Shop Experience

Experience in printing, production or Photoshop is an asset, but it isn't a requirement.

We're more interested in finding someone who learns quickly, works hard and takes responsibility for doing things correctly.

You should be comfortable with:

- Basic everyday math and measurements
- Computers and learning new software
- Working with your hands
- Learning unfamiliar equipment and technology
- Switching between computer work, customer service and physical production




- Repetitive tasks when a production job requires them
