You will support the production, scaling, and qualification of diverse cell lines, applying your knowledge in a rapid-paced, interdisciplinary environment. Expertise in cell culture processing, optimization, and collaboration with regulatory teams are key components of this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Support cell production for CMC and R&D; groups
- Manage all stages of cell culture processing
- Evaluate in vitro viability and functional assays




- Optimize scale-up processes for cell therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for method refinement Requirements:
- BSc with 2+ years in Cell Biology or related field
- Experience with mammalian cell culture
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
